• Vercel provides website hosting and privacy-focused, aggregated Web Analytics. Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies or report an identifiable browsing history to HotelFirst.
• Google Sheets stores the contact details, message, submission time, page and campaign attribution that you provide through the inquiry form, so HotelFirst can respond and manage follow-up.
• The lead register also stores a keyed hash of the submitting IP address and a submission fingerprint for duplicate and abuse checks. The plain IP address is not stored in the lead register.
• Meta receives a Lead event only when you select the separate optional advertising-measurement checkbox and the inquiry is accepted. That event may include hashed email and phone, IP address and browser information. Your name and message are not sent to Meta by this flow.
• Google Analytics is configured to remain disabled until explicit analytics consent is provided. It does not receive inquiry contact fields from this Website implementation.
• Legal authorities when required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain inquiry data only as long as necessary to respond, manage the business relationship and meet applicable legal requirements. Inquiry and related technical records remain in HotelFirst's access-controlled lead register until they are reviewed or deleted under our retention practices. Service providers may apply their own configured retention periods.
